Inclusion Education is launching a new specialist school for young people aged 11–16 with chronic mental health needs and neurodiversity, opening in January 2026. We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to join our founding team.
The successful candidates will support the administrative, financial, and organisational operations of our new provision. The role is essential to maintaining internal systems, supporting admissions and exams, coordinating staff training and CPD, and managing key documentation. You will also assist with front-facing duties and contribute to a safe, professional, and inclusive school environment.
